Boulder, CO - November 17, 2004 - United Way of Weld County and iCita have introduced a complete content management system helping the organization take full control of their online presence. United Way is delighted for the new CMS which allows them to more directly pursue fundraising as well as a more concentrated effort in helping organizations and the people of their community.
